EES promotes and enhances food hygiene through food safety programmes. Our team of environmental health officers deliver food safety audits, inspections and training programmes to both public and private sector clients nationwide.

The goal of the EES food safety programme is to assist food businesses in enhancing and verifying their food safety management systems, HACCP and cleaning programmes.

EES’s food safety programmes help ensure compliance with food safety legislation and best practice, including S.I 369 of 2006,  Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 and IS 341:2007.

Our typical Food Safety Programme involves:
